Privacy Policy
This is how Lanning Fitness, LLC, doing business as Kraken Performance Gym, handles information on this website.
What we collect
When you send one of our forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number and anything you write. Like any website, ours also receives your IP address and browser details, which we and our hosting provider use to run the site, keep it secure and block spam. We don't take payments on this site.
How we use it
To answer you, book your visit, set up your membership, and send the emails that go with them, such as confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
Who else gets it
Companies that help us run the site, such as our hosting, email and booking services, receive it so they can do that work. The map and fonts on our pages come from Google and the booking calendar from Calendly, and membership sign-up happens on GymAssistant's site. Their own privacy policies cover what they collect. We don't sell your information.
Advertising
We may use Meta's tools to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the gym, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information from this site and elsewhere online, and use it to measure and target ads. When you send a form, we may also send Meta your name, email and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form, with your IP address and browser details.
Your choices
Unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails. Limit ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or at optout.aboutads.info. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@krakenperformancegym.com. Our site doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
